Please measure your THIGH circumference when ordering your Kix'ies.

Due to the delicate nature of hosiery, it is often difficult to process a return. However, we do know that from time to time manufacture defects do occur. Should you experience a situation where you are just not happy and feel like we can make it right, shoot us an email. We will work with you to resolve any problems.

 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you experience a defect in one of our products we will process the return at our expense.
