Kix'ies® Inc. Return Policy

​Kix’ies® Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from www.kixies.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling.*

Some items like "Surprise Packs" are NOT eligible for return. 

*Due to the sheer and delicate fabric on some of our thigh-highs, we cannot accept returns on these items for snags. Our sheer thigh highs are extremely delicate and do not have reinforced toes. Take extra care when putting on your sheer Kix'ies® to avoid any potential snags. If you are in between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size for our sheer thigh highs. 

Returning an Item

​To return an unwanted item, simply mail it back to the address below. Please include original packaging and a copy of your invoice if possible.  (If you don’t have the original invoice please be sure and include your name, address and phone number.) It is recommended that you use a traceable method for delivery. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.  Please allow 30 days to process credit due.

Damaged or Defective Items

At Kix'ies® we do our best to ensure all our thigh-highs are made in accordance with our standards. If one has slipped through the cracks and arrived to you defective or damaged, please call (925)-655-7326 or email us at info@kixies.com immediately. Please have your invoice available for reference. 


Credit

Credit will be issued within 30 days of our receiving your returned item. Kix’ies® Inc. will pay any return shipping charges where damage has occurred or defective is present. Kix’ies® Inc. can only accept returns that were directly purchased on www.kixies.com website.
